late muzzleloader hunt for deer and elk. Mountain lion and
black bear can be hunted with the weapon of your choice. Guided

mule deer and elk hunting.

are a full time family owned operation offering a professional
and personalized outfitter and guide service. We are the
exclusive outfitter for several hundred square miles of prime
hunting country
in central Idaho. We have been guiding clients for the past
32 years and this is our 16th year of operation in the Sawtooth
Wilderness. We are located approximately 100 miles North,
East of Boise, Idaho and operate in Fish and Game Units 35, 36,
and 39. We offer drop camp opportunities for hunting Elk
and Deer with the weapon of your choice. There
is an early archery season for bow hunting, a general rifle hunt
and
a late
muzzleloader season. Mountain
Lion and Bear can
be hunted with bow, rifle, muzzleloader or hand gun. With early
bookings, we can
guarantee
license and tags for all species of game hunted. To insure
a quality hunt and an enjoyable experience, we take a limited
number
of trophy hunters each year. Please study our hunting schedule,

Youth Hunter Discounts
The State of Idaho encourages youth hunting for both residents and
non-residents. The Idaho Fish and Game has a junior mentor
program with greatly reduced license and tag fees. We at Sawtooth
Wilderness Outfitters also encourage families with young hunters
and offer a 25% discount for juniors ages 12 to 17 the first time
they hunt with us. This is a great opportunity to encourage
young hunters and get them started with a good hunting experience.
